Dirty Pony
This is, in my opinion, a very dirty look. NOT dirty like naughty BUT I think I look a bit scruffy, maybe it is because of the pictures or I should really shave myself! True art is not to be loved by everyone but to ruthlessly act out your vision!
I did not dress for something special, it is a random outfit. Although it was the birthday of a good friend but not the actual party, which is happening later that week so I felt like I do not have to be all dolled up.

Body TALK!
I recently discovered the newest album of pop-singer robyn, who split her beautiful piece of art in three parts and published them during 2010 in order to upgrade her time management, as she was able to easier change between touring and recording as if she would have just recorded all the material at once...I also think it helped her to stay inspired and to transform her newest experiences into music
Here is a small review of mine (only part 1):
Dont't fucking tell me what to do:
This song is pretty repetitive but it feels like a mechanical Robyn is holding a speech and finally says to her subjects that they are not allowed to dictate her any opinion...Love it! 5/5
Fembot:
Well I don't really like this one as I feel it is pretty hard to listen to...but I like the lyrics of the chorus: "Fembots got feelings, too"...2/5
Dancing on my own:
Was a single of the album and also used in the cw-series Gossip Girl, season 4 if I remember right...I like this song, especially because the lyrics are kind of sad but the song itself is pretty relaxing and not demanding to much after a long day of school...4/5
Cry when you get older:
This song is all about experience in love...but it seems really random to me, although the vibe is kind of addicting...3/5
Dancehall Queen:
This song makes me so happy, I just dunno why...probably because I always have to laugh when she says dancehall queen...4.5/5
None of dem:
This song is the best of Body Talk 1, I cannot describe why...it just has this kind of dark and groovy bass and the overall beat just seems very threatening...7/5
Hang with me:
This is an acoustic version, although I kind of like acoustic this one is not working for me...2/5
Jag vet en dejlig rosa:
The songs singing is pretty haunting and caused a lot of goosebumps it is amazing but to really stand out it misses some kind of uniqueness...5/5
So altogether this makes a 4 out of 5...I suggest you listen to it yourself.
Wannabe 80s
This is my first post of what I am personally wearing. It is a simple look that worked for the occasion (a barn inauguration because our neighbors and good friends renovated the old shack). What I personally love is my HAIR...over the years I have been totally frustrated because I wished that I would wake up and not have curly hair anymore but the longer they grow, the more am I able to transform them...Keep believing in your dreams as only you can make them become reality!
This picutre is in worse quality than the other ones because it is only a cut-out of the actual image, but I really like my facial experssion so I uploaded it and you can consider it as some kind of outtake...
Some random posing by the pool. Unfortunately the weather was to bad to shoot photos while swimming in it...
Me, holding the most delicious self-made caipirinha I ever drank in my life...
MrVoga Returns
So after some hiatus I finally return to my blog, really knowing what I want this to be...so stay tuned for a look at menswear especially what I am wearing, music and art...as well as my try to turn my life in an artistic experience.

Figure things out...
The last 2 weeks I felt like I have been a bit naive about the idea of running a fashion blog, which is why I'm going on a hiatus to figure things out and develop a clearer concept and an idea of what this blog is supposed to be...

Icon-Oymp: About discosticks and pokerfaces
Today I want to introduce you to something new on my blog, the so-called "Icon-Olymp". Every now and then I will show you fashionistas, that I personally like and feel that they deserve to be praised for their sense of style. The first one is:
LADY GAGA, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, can be considered the greatest superstar in the world right now. Her songs top every important musik ranking for weeks, while she is provocating during her public appereances.
She considers herself as an artist "who lives halfway between reality and fantasy at all times" and creates her own universe by realizing all of her ideas not only musically but also in the sense of fashion, believe and drama.
As one of her greatest fans I adore anything she does and hope she continues forever.
Underneath I collected some pictures that show you the evolution of Gaga's style:

Versace-Menswear Spring 2012
I just watched the show of Versace online on fashion-TV and wanted to let you know how I think about it...
The new meanswear collection for spring 2012 of Versace seems like Donatella draws a summary, looking back into the past when her brother Gianni was still alive. She used the typical colours and created some kind of "Versace-Vintage" feeling by Gianni-inspired looks. Even though it felt like she didn't manage to develop a new interpretation at some points, I have to admit I'm deeply fallen in love with the collection.
Maybe it was just me but I felt transported back into the 80s, though I wasn't born yet...The intensifying appereances of colours was pretty awesome.
Still I have to criticize that these boys don't know how to rock a runway, their walks were just TERRIBLE.
My TOP 3 of the collection are:

A good friend of mine just send me a link to the recently published Forbes list of the 100 most influential celebrities in the world and guess who is on number 1???
Yes, our Mother Monster Lady Gaga. Even though it is sad that Oprah was thrown from the top I'm beyond happy about the new leader...BTW I love the picture of hers they used:

The Beginning
Hello to everyone out there on the internet reading my blog.
My name is Mr.Voga and I'm an 18 year old student from Germany, who will one day hopefully hold a degree in fashion management or fashion journalism.
For a long time I've been interested in art and all of its forms of expression. Over the years this interest intensified so that I finally decided to show everyone how I perceive art and what I make of it.
To describe it metaphorically: I love how everyone uses this orb, called art, and transforms it into anything imaginable whether it is a square, trapezoid, triangle, cuboid, a rectangle or far more complicated figures. It expresses the vision of the responsible artist and develops a unique meaning.
The process of creation is influenced by so many things, which is why I'm so hyped about art. It has such a great range and can provoke the most different emotions out of 2 friends, who thought that they were both totally similar.
I'm not saying that I have the best understanding of all this but I just feel like I have to share my very own reality of it with you.
So feel free to love or hate what I write and use this blog as an inspiration not only for your understanding of art but for your whole life.
